Services for Youth (ages 11-17):

Consistent with the mission of PEAKPsychLA, evidence-based, data-driven and individually-tailored, psychotherapy is offered to adolescents between the ages of 11-17.  Dr. Walker has an enthusiasm and dedication to working with pre-teens and teenagers who are often facing diverse challenges including: depression, anxiety (social and generalized), body image/disordered eating patterns, substance abuse, family and peer conflict, social isolation, mood dysregulation, and academic difficulties. Dr. Walker also has expertise in working with adolescents experiencing psychosis (or prodromal psychosis) as well as major mood disorders including Bipolar Disorder.
